1. Zero-Server Document Processing Guarantee

Your documents never leave your device. Unlike traditional cloud converters that upload your Markdown, Word (.docx), PDF bank statements, or financial spreadsheets to remote backend servers, DocxifyAI and LedgerVerify AI execute all document parsing, LaTeX-to-OMML equation compilation, and mathematical row-by-row balance verification 100% locally inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript (WebAssembly/JSZip/SheetJS/PDF.js).

2. What Information We Do & Do Not Collect

• Document Contents: We do not transmit, log, store, or train AI models on any text, Markdown, LaTeX equations, bank statements, or invoices you paste or open in our tools.
• Local Browser Storage (localStorage): Your language preference, custom header/watermark preferences, Pro license activation status, and optional user-supplied Vision API key are stored exclusively in your own browser's localStorage and are never sent to our servers.
• Shareable Links (#doc=...): When you click "Share Link", your Markdown content is Base64-encoded inside the URL fragment hash (#doc=...). Browser URL hashes are processed strictly client-side and are never transmitted to web servers in HTTP requests.

3. Payment Processing & Billing

For users upgrading to Pro or Bookkeeper Unlimited plans, payments are processed securely by regulated third-party payment providers (including Stripe, Lemon Squeezy / Paddle, or direct EU SEPA / corporate bank transfer). We never see or store your credit card numbers on our servers.
